About RMR

Ron Ramsook founded RMR Associates in 1991. As a firm of consulting engineers, specialising in the design of building services, our engineering services have low energy demand and minimum impact on the environment, achieving sustainable results with outstanding value. Our engineers and consultants have a comprehensive knowledge of building services and offer an appreciation of whole building design rather than taking a disjointed, and potentially expensive, separate service approach. This ultimately means that our building projects are fully integrated and unified to achieve maximum user comfort.

Ron Ramsook - Senior Partner

After starting his career as trainee engineer at Carrier Engineer Company Ltd, Ron went on to complete his BSc in Environmental Engineering at the London South Bank University. Following graduation he moved to work as mechanical engineer, then Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Matthew Hall Mechanical & Electrical Services, and then progressed to Senior Engineer at Arup.

His last position was as Associate Partner at F.C. Foreman and Partners, before founding RMR Associates in 1991. Ron has been a part of some very innovative and exciting projects throughout his career and he has acquired an in depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering. As senior partner, he is a multi-disciplinary engineer responsible for the day-to-day running of the business including client liaison, technical sales and fee proposals. Throughout the course of his career, Ron has always focused on energy conservation and is now developing this to the next level as clients begin to see the benefits.
